Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, with a valid proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us via email with your order number and the email used at checkout. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non‑refundable.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.
