Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and Mexico. If you are outside these areas and would like to place an order, please email us at info@karakolinternational.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a custom shipment and quote.
Carriers and delivery times
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the Canada Post service you select (for example, Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost) and your shipping address. These estimates come directly from Canada Post and are visible before you confirm your order.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is in addition to the Canada Post delivery estimates shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout in real time using Canada Post’s quoted prices based on your address, order weight and chosen service. Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our site when available.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Incorrect addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at your email. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is not returned to us, we may not be able to refund or replace it.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the Canada Post estimate, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with Canada Post and help find a solution. If items are damaged, please include clear photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery.
